I've spent the last five years as the Executive Gear Editor at Outdoor Life. I've tested over 100 knives for work and through that testing I noticed small changes I'd like to see made.
I've hunted throughout the country, but I love hunting whitetails, turkeys, and upland birds. Though it was on an elk hunt of a lifetime that I first saw the need for an ultralight fixed blade.
